We all have an inner child that lives within us and shapes our decisions and behaviors as an adult. If the inner child is still reactive and unconscious, it could be difficult to grown up. The inner child influences the way we perceive the world.
This unique one and a half hour process will allow you to meet your "Inner child" in order to identify its emotional wounds, its pains, as well as its strengths. This journey can open the way to healing and bring security, confidence and love.
At the end of the session, you’ll be provide with instruction for personal work. Follow up available if necessary.
